Minor Motor Accident Quickly Escalates Into Assault
Occurred on July 12, 2023 / Des Moines, Iowa, USA
Info from Licensor: "Allegedly, Daniel Bruck tried to illegally pass Jeff Bates' car, and ended up crashing into it. Bruck then got out of his car and started swearing at Bates. Bruck then grabbed a running board off his truck and used it to smash Bates' windshield. Bates gets out of his car and pepper sprays Bruck.
After a brief confrontation, Bruck gets in the truck and drives away.
When Des Moines police caught up with Bruck, they say they found empty beer cans in his car.
Bruck now faces several charges, including assault and operating while intoxicated."
