China's second indigenously-developed C919 large passenger aircraft was delivered to China Eastern Airlines on Sunday in Shanghai.
The plane took off from Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 10:06 a.m. and arrived at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport at 10:20 a.m.
According to China Eastern Airlines, the second C919 aircraft will join the first one to carry out flights between Shanghai and Chengdu of southwest China's Sichuan Province.
The first C919 jet was delivered to China Eastern Airlines last December.
