Info from Licensor: "One night after coming home from work, a pickup truck in front of me was towing a construction sign. It was dragging it on the expressway as there were visible sparks. In a split second, the sign disconnected and sparks flew everywhere. The driver kept going and never came back for the sign. They actually started going faster, almost 100 mph after dropping the sign."
