International students studying in northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region have expressed high expectations for the 15th BRICS Summit to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.

"I think it's a wonderful thing that they have this summit in South Africa. I think it's a great opportunity for Africa to learn from big nations, I think, also, especially about eliminating poverty. I think there's a great lesson to be learned there. So I think it's something to look forward to. I think China has enough technologies that can help out. And I also think, for African students who are here, we can be able to learn in China and study here, and then we can carry that knowledge back to our countries. That's going to help our countries. And I think that's going to make the world, in general, a better place."
