Info from Licensor: "American Airlines gate agent trying to fight multiple passengers who stuck up for a mother trying to board with an extra piece of luggage for her baby. The father and baby were staying back and board towards the end of the crowd. The gate agent would not let the baby board with out her baby present to claim the extra luggage as her baby’s. The gate agent become aggressive and told the mom to move out of line till her whole party was ready to board. The mother stood to the side but the gate agent told her sternly to move even further away from the desk. Observing passengers in line started to chime in and told the gate agent to stop yelling at the mother. The gate agent then proceeded to start yelling and taking off pieces of his uniform ready to flight the bystanders trying to help the mother."
