Using Sand to seal up a garage interior from the rising flood waters of Hurricane / tropical storm Ophelia
Trying to prevent flood waters from entering the garage.
The sand was in plastic, so I had to scoop it out and line the garage door, so the sand would absorb the intermittent rising waters being pushed up the driveway. Then I swept it to compact it tightly.
