Brave woman stands up to man allegedly harassing young girls on London train
A brave woman confronted a man who she claimed was acting inappropriately around a group of young girls on a train in Hoxton, London.
The video starts with the woman telling the man to "stop fixing" his trousers "around young girls". According to the filmer, the group of young girls looked "uncomfortable" and they moved away from the man.
"Stop acting scary, 'cos you're not," the woman continues as she attempts to persuade the man to get off the train.
Referencing the murder of Elianne Andam, 15, that happened just a few days prior to the events in this video, the woman says: "After what that boy did to the little girl in Croydon, we ain't messing around with these weirdos no more."
The filmer told Newsflare: "I was sitting on the train when I noticed a man from the corner of my eyes rubbing his penis from his pants around young girls.
"Those young girls clearly looked uncomfortable so they moved. The man then moved to a girl sitting right next to me and did the same thing.
"I immediately started recording when a brave woman stood up and spoke up against what he was doing.
"The man was very aggressive towards her but that didn’t stop her from standing up to him."
This footage was captured on September 30.
