Police clears the zone after identifying shooter in Schaerbeek, Brussels
Video filmed from the window pointing at Place Pavillon, a square in Schaerbeek (1 of 19 communes of Brussels). Video was filmed at precisely 8:00AM Brussels time when the police were blocking the perimeter and asking people not to pass. You can also spot the trams that were blocked and people eventually left since they coudln't move for a long while. In front of this square is Rue Van Oost (right side of the video) which is the street were the shooter was reportedly killed. Author; Marta Pacheco
