Shanghai foodies hang sausages and bacon on wires in preparation for Spring Festival
Citizens in Shanghai, China was captured airing sausages and bacon on outdoor wires regardless of the electric danger in order to prepare feasts for the upcoming Spring Festival (aka Chinese New Year).
The interesting video, filmed by a local resident on New Year's Day, shows bunches of half-cooked meat dangling down the wires just below a utility pole, above a busy street with people passing by.
Sausages and bacon are traditionally considered as a must for the feast on Chinese New Year's Eve in most parts of the eastern country.
