Hundreds gathered in Buenos Aires as American influencer Uki Deana attempted to set a world record for the most people dressed as Spider-Man at a single public event.

Footage from October 29 shows a huge crowd donning their spider costumes by the Obelisco.

The group were attempting to beat the current Guinness World Record, established in Malaysia, of 685 people dressed as the famous Marvel superhero.
