1. What exactly is happening in the video?
Driver & passenger (Wife) travelling on the A164 toward Hull to watch the football. Weather conditions were clear and the road surface was dry.
We approached the lights, (in the left hand lane) which had just changed to Green approx. 100 mtrs ahead, with traffic was queuing in the right hand lane ready to turn right.

As we approached the lights a black Mustang pulled out suddenly from the A1079 slip- road (Running the red light) and hit the black Ford C-Max which was in the lane waiting on a green light to turn right. The Mustang hit the C-Max on the right-hand side pushing it directly into our lane. We had no time to react and we hit the C-Max on the left hand side close to the passenger door.

Andrew Prince (Driver 57) & Kirsty Prince (Wife 55), C- Max driver & passenger were an elderly couple. The driver of the Mustang was approx. 30 yrs old and passenger in Mustang was elderly.

No- one Knows. The Driver of the black Mustang admitted liability later.
