Footage of a dramatic car crash at a cross roads has emerged from China, during which a pregnant woman was nearly badly injured.

In the video, filmed in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province on February 7, a red car collides with a black car, allegedly after one of them ran a red light.

The red car flips and smashes into another vehicle waiting at the traffic lights and, later in the video, a pregnant woman sitting in the passenger seat gets out.

Fortunately, according to local reports, the woman was sent to hospital but she and the baby were not seriously injured.
