My personal experience with a nosefeeding tube
On 26 Feb 2024, I went for an endoscopy after an ultrasound found a mass outside my stomach wall. Before that, I was burping carbonated gas like I've drunk 7-up even though I hadn't. I was also farting a lot. The doctor found that my duodenum was nearly fully blocked. I was admitted immediately and "NIL BY MOUTH" instructions were given. Never having experienced a nosefeeding tube, I made this video in the hope that it would help those who are suddenly faced with this medical necessity. I have no doubt, this is a life saving bridge I had to cross.
