The morning of Monday Feb, 22, 2016 in Vancouver B.C. Canada. A customer walked a local tool rental company and requested to rent a "Kubota-K008" mini excavator. He was informed that the ramps he was using to load the machine were far to flimsy and unstable to hold the weight and was given the option to have the machine delivered for $75 dollars (standard industry delivery rate). The customer chose to ignore this recommendation and attempted to load the machine himself. As he backed the machine up the ramps and the motion of the rubber track pulled the ramp away from the bed of the truck and he was basically stuck without being able to move forward or backwards as the ramps would now slide depending on which direction he moved. He was now stuck balancing on the support legs on the ramps which eventually snapped under the weight of the machine and it toppled over. What you're seeing is the end result.
