USA: DTLA Man Struck by Stray Gunfire in Los Angeles

LAPD Newton units responded to the area of 9th Street and Gladys Avenue for reports of a shooting victim.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a male suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim told officers he heard gunfire before being stuck by a bullet.
The victim is possibly a truck driver who was sitting in the cab of his truck when the incident occurred, though not confirmed.
He was later transported to the hospital by LAFD.
No further details at this time.
