A pet owner revived a newborn corgi puppy after a near-death experience in eastern China.

The video was filmed in Bozhou City in Anhui Province on May 17.

The puppy, just two days old, was found in a stiff and precarious state, struggling for life. Despite the grim initial outlook, the determined owner did not give up on the little dog.

Through the owner’s persistent efforts of artificial respiration and CPR, the puppy was successfully revived.

The filmer noted that the puppy was unfortunately allergic to the mother dog’s milk and would need to be hand-fed goat’s milk to grow up healthy.
