A golden retriever was captured exercising on a treadmill in central China.

The amusing video was filmed in Zhengzhou City in Henan Province on April 8, 2023.

Upon noticing its owner watching through a mirror, the dog amusingly stepped off the treadmill using its front legs and continued running solely on its hind legs, seemingly mimicking and contemplating the owner's actions.

Its playful adaptability left the owner unable to stop laughing, much to the delight of Chinese onlookers.

The dog named Happy, covered in long golden fur, initially used all four legs to run.

After spotting the owner observing itself through a mirror, the dog amusingly stepped off the treadmill with its two front legs and ran on just its hind legs instead, as if carefully observing and thinking about the owner's movements. Its playful adaptability making the owner unable to stop laughing as well as delighting Chinese onlookers.
