Info from Licensor: "Hundreds of thousands of dragonflies suddenly swarmed beach goers at this RI beach. It’s migration season and apparently a very rare site to see. The swarm lasted 3 minutes, mesmerizing some and terrifying little kids. There were so many dragonflies that the sun was shaded and seagulls had a hard time flying. The insects all came off the ocean and were flying directly at beach goers. They don’t bite or sting but it was still pretty crazy!"
