Volkhov woman causes chaos in liquor store, fails to move electric scooter
On August 5, 2024, in Volkhov, Russia, a woman caused a scene at the Sedoy Volkhov hotel complex liquor store on Sovetskaya Street. Dressed in only a T-shirt and shorts, she threw a trash can towards the bar counter, startling patrons. After tossing another trash can on her way out, she attempted to throw an electric scooter but was unsuccessful. The woman also tried to move street objects, successfully throwing light urns but failing with heavy concrete ones.
