According to the hospital, the presenter died at 4:50 am this Saturday (17) due to bronchopneumonia following infection with Influenza (H1N1). Bronchopneumonia causes inflammation in the alveoli, which are the structures in the lungs that exchange oxygen with the blood. The parent and owner of a very popular TV station in Brazil.
