Info from Licensor: "I was driving down highway 65 in-between Pelham and Hoover, just before the Valleydale exit, when I noticed the guy pulling the trailer in the far left fast lane going between 80-90 miles per hour. Then I noticed the sparks flying from the rim with no tire, then the countless other wrong/illegal things like the car was not anchored down, the load was way to heavy for that SUV, no break lights on the trailer, etc. and I wanted to video it to send to my brother and ended up putting it on reddit as well."
