Spine-shivering moment heron decides to eat its own young
Zooom.no streams live from a grey heron colony on the Norwegian island Smøla. Monday something happened that even our heron expert has never seen before: The moment an adult heron decides to eat its own young. The baby was probably already dead, and one or two days old. Grey herons being so shy, its a rare to be able to watch the birds up close.
