There is a pulsating light coming from a cloud, we caught it while on the way home at around 1:00 am Philippines time. This is the first part of the video where we initially noticed the activity, kindly check the next video as a commercial airplane passes through it.

1. What exactly is happening in the video?
After having our lunch outside (graveyard shift) we walked home, my partner initially noticed there's something flashing in the sky, so I picked up my camera and recorded it. The first video I shot showed our initial reactions, I kept asking my partner if it's normal that there is something flashing like that or maybe a light from below is doing it. The flash is hidden on clouds, and the second video we decided to walk further near it, as we contemplate if that's an aircraft a commercial plane passed through it and you can see that it changed direction downwards like as if it's avoiding contact with any other aircrafts. It continued pulsating like so and abruptly stopped. Yes, we have a storm in the news but lightning doesn't behave that way, doesn't it?
2. Who is involved (names and ages if possible) My partner, Jonathan Cruz and Trixia Salonga (me) both 35 are the ones who saw it, there was a person who passed by while we were filming (not shot in the video) but didn't mind the commotion.

During our walk at our village, named: Real Village 1, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
4. When, specifically, did it happen? On November 18, 2024 around 1:00 to 2:00 am.

6. Why did it happen?

We have no idea, we thought at first that it is just lightning from the storm but it seems weird why it flashes that way.
