Joint IDF and ISA Announcement: Over the past two days, IDF, ISA, and Israel Border Police forces conducted a security mission to prevent threats in the area of Jenin. During the operation, an IAF aircraft, under ISA guidance, targeted and neutralized three armed militants, including individuals involved in attacks on military posts and Israeli communities. Following the strike, secondary explosions were observed, indicating the presence of weaponry in the area. Additionally, IDF, 'Yamas,' and Israeli Border Police forces, with ISA support, eliminated six armed operatives during exchanges of fire, including those responsible for recent assaults using firearms and explosives against IDF personnel. During the mission, four explosives production facilities and dozens of improvised explosive devices planted along routes to target IDF soldiers were dismantled. The forces also seized weapons and detained several individuals suspected of hostile activities. The suspects and confiscated weapons were handed over to the ISA for further investigation. No IDF personnel were injured.
