West Bank - November 29, 2024 [Note: no sound] Earlier today (Friday), an armed terrorist opened fire at an Israeli bus in Gitti Avisar, causing injuries and damage. IDF soldiers eliminated the terrorist at the scene. The Commanding Officer of the Central Command, MG Avi Bluth, the Commanding Officer of the Judea and Samaria Division, BG Yaakov Dolf, and the Commanding Officer of the Ephraim Brigade, COL Netanel Smecha along with additional commanders are currently conducting a situational assessment at the scene of the attack. An additional situational assessment was conducted with the Israel Police' Commander of the Judea and Samaria District Major General Moshe Finchi along with additional commanders. As a result of the shooting attack, four IDF soldiers were lightly injured and were evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment. Their families have been notified.
