Storm Darragh causes the river Severn to break its banks in Newtown Powys. (Video-2).
This is the River Severn in Newtown which broke its banks today after storm Darragh arrived overnight.
The issue is all this very fast flowing water will run down towards Shropshire and cause major flooding around Shrewsbury and further down over the next few days.
