Toddler narrowly avoids accident with sliding glass door
This is the shocking moment a toddler narrowly avoided an accident with a sliding glass door.
The child was about to enter a room when the glass panel suddenly unlatched from the doorway in Hefei, China, on December 5.
CCTV footage shows the door slipping on the floor and almost falling onto the girl. However, her father immediately stopped it from toppling over the kid by sticking its feet as a chock.
This caused the object to stop from sliding while the toddler ran toward her frantic mother.
They then put back the sliding door in place. The child did not sustain any injuries from the incident.
The mother said: 'We are glad that we were there when that incident happened. I immediately called a repairman to fix the door to prevent incidents like this from happening.'
