Creative egg-based afternoon tea impresses in China
On December 3, 2024, in Jiangsu, located in eastern China, a video showcased a blogger’s artistic approach to preparing afternoon tea using eggs.
The process began with six eggs fried carefully in a small pan, cooked to perfection with a delicate control of heat. The eggs were then sliced into pizza-like wedges, garnished with parsley, and presented on a large plate.
The blogger didn’t stop there—additional egg creations followed. A soft-boiled egg was shaped into a neat square, cut open, topped with a sprinkle of parsley, and finished with a touch of ketchup. The final presentation was visually stunning and delightfully refined.
