Luxembourg, Luxembourg - December 17, 2024 Emotional encounter 80 years after the bloody Battle of the Bulge on Thursday 17th December 2024 at the American Military Cemetery in Luxembourg as WW2 veteran First Sgt. Dennis Boldt, 456th Anti-Aircraft-Artillery Battalion, 3rd US Army, came to pay his respects offering flowers saluting his former commander famous US general George S. Patton, singing in company of the general's Granddaughter Helen Patton (tan coat) the US national anthem, joined by ''Band of Brothers'' actor Alex Sabga Brady L (olive navy jacket) and Producer Ivan Schwartz (blue coat) who both visited there the graves of two characters out of ''Band of Brothers'' Sgt. Warren ''Skip'' Muck (NY) , Bronze Star, and Pfc Alex M.Penkala Jr. (Indiana, parents immigrated from Poland) both of Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, both killed in action same day from a direct hit in their foxhole from German artillery just outside the Belgian town of Foy near Bastogne / Belgium January 10th 1945 during Battle of the Bulge .
