This was taken in orange county. It started off as 2 lights and quickly multiplied but never going outside the trace of the clouds. A bit later we began to notice the clouds forming faces. Not by use of the imagination but there was no question. And they were everywhere within each other. Then came this stuff falling from the sky. Best word to describe it is confetti on new years eve. Definitely was not rain. And isn't the first time we've seen it. It was a very eventful night. Right in front of our home in the sky. And after researching via the Internet we cannot find any other videos, witnesses, or from the weather to explain all we saw. Then we saw all over YouTube was the 2 things everyone is talking about.
