I was driving to work on Manchester Blvd in Inglewood, CA when I witnessed the passenger of this vehicle throwing handfuls of trash out of their window. After seeing this go on several times I decided to look and see who it was as I drove beside them and witnessed the female passenger become irate as soon as we made eye contact. I called her a litterbug and kept on driving to avoid any further confrontation, but this only seemed to set her off as the man driving pulled behind my vehicle at the red light. Once behind me she got out of the car and came to my passenger window where she banged on my window and yelled at me before jumping on the hood of my vehicle. I believe she noticed my dash cam and got off the hood pretty quickly before going to my driver-side window and pounding on that and making sure to spit on it before heading back to the vehicle where the male was calling for her to come back. As I drove onto the highway they followed behind where I made sure to not let them get next to my vehicle in an attempt to block me off at the awaiting traffic. When I stopped before entering the highway she got out of the vehicle again, almost falling if you look closely, and proceeds to chase me down. Although it seems like I got away I did get held up by traffic and they caught up to me, but stopped following about 2 miles later. The female scratched the paint on the hood of my car and clear pictures of the woman and vehicles license plate were shown to the local police department where a report was filed.
