The dramatic footage shows the beastly machine clearing the way on SR-190 and SR-210, where snow showers are set to wreak havoc through Friday. UDOT Cottonwood Canyons issued a stark warning, urging drivers to brace themselves. Through 6am on March 7, snow showers could dump 4-6 inches near resorts, keeping roads treacherous all night. The chaos won’t stop there. By 6pm, another 3-5 inches of road snow is expected in the upper canyon, with 1-2 inches possible lower down, before it tapers off around 5pm. The forecast for SR-190 and SR-210 is grim, with weather-related travel delays almost certain on Friday. Snow showers will persist all day Thursday and Friday, turning journeys into a slippery nightmare. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel—dry weather is expected to sweep in for the weekend, offering some relief.
