The storm, which began in the early hours of the morning, reduced visibility across all regions of the country, prompting warnings for motorists and residents with respiratory conditions. According to Qatar’s Meteorology Department, coastal areas are expected to experience dusty weather with intermittent sandstorms, strong winds, and reduced horizontal visibility during the day, alongside relatively warm temperatures. The Ministry of Interior has urged residents to avoid driving in dusty and windy conditions to prevent traffic accidents.
