He and his ex-wife traversed a contentious divorce earlier this year. He has now filed a petition to dissolve several companies that they co-own, Rolling Stone reports. A statement from the reps of the reggaeton star - real name Ramón Ayala Rodríguez - cited "deep personal differences" as the reason for dissolving the companies, as well as "a complete lack of communication and information, which makes it impossible to continue any joint commercial operations”. The new petition seeks to dissolve several business entities that Castellanos allegedly retains operational control over, while others have already been dissolved.
