• The Amazing Spider-Pad: Ducklings’ First Water Adventure!
After years of raising chickens, I decided to add a few ducklings to the mix. Knowing they’d eventually need water time, I picked up a Spider-Man-themed splash pad during a hot 90° day here in Minnesota. At just three weeks old, I thought it was the perfect moment to introduce them to water.
But when I turned it on, the splash pad’s spraying sound spooked them! So I turned off the water, gently placed the bravest duckling in the center—and like magic, the rest followed. A wholesome, funny first splash moment captured on video!
