VARIOUS OF MAN HOLDING DEAD BODY OF CHILDGAZA, PALESTINE - MAY 25: A family of 5 people who migrated from Rafah was killed on Sunday (May 25) as the Israeli army targeted a tent where displaced civilians sheltered in Deir al-Balah city in the central part of the Gaza Strip. According to the information received from Palestinian health sources, Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike on the tent belonging to the Abu Shilbi family in the Mashaile area of Deir al-Balah. In the attack, all members of the family of 5 people, including two children, died. The family in question had previously taken refuge in the region from Rafah due to the attacks. The Israeli army resumed its attacks on the Gaza Strip on March 18 and has since killed 3,785 people and injured 10,756 others, shattering a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that took hold in January. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
