Rockville, United States - June 03, 2025 06/02/2025 08:40 pm GMT-0700 Encino – Los Angeles police and fire departments responded to a report of a shooting on the 4500 block of White Oak Avenue. Upon arrival, officers encountered a person who claimed to be the suspect in the incident. He stated that he had just shot his mother and was holding his brother hostage, alleging he was armed with a Glock 19 handgun. As officers investigated, they learned that popular live streamer Adin Ross was present at the location, raising suspicions that the call could be a swatting incident. After thoroughly checking the situation, officers determined that no crime had occurred and confirmed that the incident was a swatting prank call.
