Info from Licensor: "My wife and I were heading to work last week. We were heading south on County Rd 2657 from Kempner to Briggs, TX when this idiot tries to pass us on a blind curve going uphill. Sure enough, a car approaches from the other direction. It looked like they had to swerve off the road to avoid being hit head on. There is no shoulder on this particular road. It was scary to say the least."
