The indoor session was led by professional instructors, while the animals roamed freely around the mats or joined participants in various poses. Event organizers brought in three husky puppies and four golden retriever puppies to accompany the class, creating a joyful and calming atmosphere. International Yoga Day, observed annually on June 21, promotes yoga as a tool for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This year marks the 11th edition, held under the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” emphasizing the connection between personal wellness and planetary health.
