Anadolu drone footage shows a farmer in Mardin spreading harvested wheat using traditional methods to dry it under the sun. After harvest, the wheat is first boiled and then left to dry under the sun. Once dried, it is processed through machines and mixed using special attachments connected to tractors to ensure even drying. This centuries-old process continues to support local economies and preserve the region’s culinary heritage, as bulgur remains a staple food in households across Türkiye and beyond.
