Car Doing Illegal U-Turn Causes Crash

Info from Licensor: "Today at 1:46 pm Riverside County Sheriffs Department responded to the traffic accident on State Street just north of Esplanade. A vehicle did an illegal U-turn and then turned in front of oncoming traffic to go into the active sound parking lot causing a traffic accident, which then caused the other vehicle to go off the roadway into the parking lot crashing into a parked car then into the building of Vega flooring. Two people were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries."
