The filmer told Newsflare: "Hanging out on the roof deck, we noticed a man setting up for what looked like a proposal. We cheered, kept a close eye and about an hour later a woman came up and we watched the whole thing!

"The most amazing part was there were 5 kids there, all 5-10 years old, and they didn’t blow the surprise when she first came out. It was SO VERY MAGICAL!"
