10. PEOPLE CARRYING BODY OF DECEASED KHAN YOUNIS, GAZA, PALESTINE - JULY 30, 2025: Eight people were killed and over 28 injured in Israeli army fire that targeted civilians waiting for aid delivery in the central Gaza Strip on Wednesday.

The Israeli army opened fire on aid-seekers in an aid distribution site near the Netzarim Corridor, killing five people and injuring eight others, medical sources told Anadolu.

Three people were killed and more than 20 injured by Israeli fire while waiting for aid delivery at another distribution point in northern Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, according to a statement from a local commission of ambulance and emergency services.

According to the latest figures released by the Health Ministry, at least 1,179 people were killed and over 7,950 injured by Israeli army fire while seeking aid in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army, rejecting international calls for a ceasefire, has pursued a brutal offensive on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, killing more than 60,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children. The relentless bombardment has destroyed the enclave and led to food shortages.

Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
