The pair had been filming the ascent with an Insta360 camera when Emma, seeking relief from painfully tight shoes, loosened them—only to watch one slip off mid-belay.

Despite the potential danger, the climb continued safely, and the duo rappelled down afterward to search for the missing shoe. Against all odds, they found it resting on a ledge, not swallowed by a crevasse, as feared.
