TikTok user Zoe has stirred up paranormal intrigue with a chilling late-night video filmed aboard the famously haunted Queen Mary ship in Long Beach, California. At 2 am, she and her group sat near the ship’s now-closed swimming pool—reportedly the site of a young girl’s tragic death—when unexplained activity began to unfold.

Although the moment wasn’t caught on camera, Zoe describes doors moving on their own, prompting the group to reposition a REM Pod, a device used to detect electromagnetic energy often associated with spiritual presence. Once placed near the doors, the REM Pod began to flash and beep. In disbelief, the group asked the spirit to stop triggering the device and gave a countdown from three. As they reached one, the REM Pod fell silent—leaving them stunned and convinced they had made contact.

We are on the haunted Queen Mary ship, sitting outside of the pool at 2am where a young girl had passed away, resulting in the pool being closed off to the public. In the video, you hear us freaking out over doors moving on their own (not caught on video) and we decide to move the REM Pod (a device that detects electromagnetic energy) closer to the doors that were moving on their own. Once we move it, it starts detecting energy and we ask it to stop making the device go off and give it a countdown starting from 3. Once we get to 1, the REM POD stops going off and we are in disbelief that the spirit was listening to us.
