Protesters held signs, chanted slogans, and called for reforms in enforcement practices.

The demonstration drew attention to concerns over recent immigration enforcement measures in major cities, including Los Angeles and Chicago.

Among the security forces monitoring the protest was Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino of the El Centro Sector, who has recently been associated with high-profile immigration crackdowns.

Organizers said the protest aimed to highlight the human impact of immigration policies and to push for more humane treatment of migrants.
