It just feels good to see polite people in life. This cart driver, while spraying water on the road, also took notice of other objects around; it switched off on the side where there were cars or barricades. The two people sitting in the car behind the cart saw its behaviour and decided to take out their phone to record this warm-hearted scene. The cart went forward with music on, and it just cared about what it would affect others.
