MOSCOW, RUSSIA - OCT. 29, 2025: Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the P. V. Mandryka Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Russian Defense Ministry in the capital Moscow on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
During the visit, Putin met with soldiers from the 127th Separate Reconnaissance Brigade of the 18th Combined Arms Army, which operates under the Southern Military District.
He also met with Sergeant Ruslan Kolyvanov of the same brigade, who is currently receiving treatment for injuries sustained during a military operation.
