The 2025 Nanchang Air Show and Aviation Industry Expo opened in Nanchang, capital of east China's Jiangxi Province, on Friday afternoon to showcase new aviation technologies and products. Running through Sunday, the expo will feature eight aerobatic teams which will take turns to display their thrilling skills, providing spectators with a variety of dynamic flight displays and aerial stunts. Among the participating teams are the "Sky Wing" air demonstration team from the Aviation University of the Chinese Air Force, Russia's "Warriors" aerobatic team, and the C919 and C909 formations from the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. In addition, this year's event will also include activities such as aviation industry matchmaking, aviation enterprises exhibition, and a space science exhibition, highlighting the the development and exchange in the aviation industries of China and other countries. Nanchang, a key hub for China's aviation industry since the birth of the nation's first indigenously developed aircraft, now hosts 60 aviation manufacturers.
