Storyline: A haul of typical AI application scenarios was released at a conference on the development of leading high-tech small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Wednesday. The scenarios comprise 238 entries, covering applications such as optimizing business processes and innovating products and services. These real-world uses for the emerging technology provide use-cases for enterprises across research, development and design, production, maintenance, and business management. Additionally, the scenarios focus on how SMEs leverage AI to drive technological innovation and upgrade business models, spanning fields including smart equipment, embodied intelligence, and intelligent terminals. "We are releasing a new batch of typical AI applications to showcase how SMEs leverage AI to drive digital transformation in research and development design, production operation and maintenance, and business management. We hope this will provide references for SMEs, inspiring more of them to embrace AI technology and empower the development of new quality productive forces," said Shi Yan, an official with the China Center for Promotion of SME Development, under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
